Planning
Unless you are coordinating your special day or if you request that our skilled planners take charge, coordinating every detail from venue selection to decor, to create a seamless experience, planning will begin after the non-refundable retainer is paid in full.
Execution
On the day of your event, our dedicated team is on-site to manage everything, allowing you to relax and enjoy your celebration.

Yes. Event planning and coordination services are available.
Do you provide flowers?
Yes. Floral design services are available through Memories Flowers.
Can I use outside vendors?
Yes. Outside vendors are permitted. Deb's also maintains a preferred vendor list for clients who need recommendations.
Is alcohol permitted?
Yes. Alcohol is permitted. But security is required.
Does the venue have a kitchen?
Yes. A kitchen with a commercial refrigerator is available. There is no stove.
Is A/V available?
Yes. The venue is equipped with A/V capabilities and 2 projection screens.
Is parking available?
Yes. The venue offers ample parking.
Is setup included?
Setup services are available. Your quote will reflect the services selected for your event.
Is cleanup available?
Yes. Cleanup services are available. Applicable cleaning fees should be disclosed in the event agreement and quote.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve an event date.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Deb's does not have a universal minimum booking lead time. If your desired date is available, contact the venue to discuss booking.
Can I tour the venue before booking?
Yes. Schedule a tour to see the venue and discuss your event.
